The Penarth Methodist Circuit has two full time ministers and others who help in specific areas…together we aim to meet the needs of our people.
Rev Graeme Halls:
Graeme is Circuit Superintendent Minister who also has Pastoral Charge of the Albert Road, Dinas Powys and EastbrookChurches as well as being Chaplain at HeadlandsSchool.Graeme joined the Circuit in 2002.

Rev Prof Teddy Kalongo:
Teddy, a minister from Zambia, joined the Circuit in 2007 and has Pastoral Charge of Trinity Church.

Rev Simon Copley:
Simon is a minister in the United Reformed Church who worships at Trinity Church and shares in the life their. Simon also preaches on our Circuit Plan.

Rev Derek Dowdeswell:
Derek, a Methodist Minister in Local Appointment, has his own full time secular job but works in addition as a Chaplain in the business sector of Cardiff and helps in the leading of worship within the circuit.
Rev Elaine Halls:
Elaine is a Methodist Minister who offers admin and organizational support across the circuit and has been in the Circuit since 2002.
